    Hi there,

    We have some order with more than 6 products and the plugin is telling us that we can’t create a label for this. What should we do now?

    Hi,

    we tested it in our shop and it worked.
    Have you change your password latly ?
    Can you create label with less than 6 products ?

    We haven’t changed the password, and it is possible to create labels with less than 6 products.

    I also already updated the plugin, so that can’t be the problem..

    There is a limitation of creating a label for more than 6 items due to the API, we will have to investigate whether it is possible to send more items in the future.

    But that is pretty annoying, as we have quite some orders with over 6 products.. Right now, the staff in the warehouse do everything, but the shopmanager has to login to the Geschaeftskundeportal and manually create labels for these orders.

    Isn’t there any way this can be solved in the near future?

    Bump 🙂 Having more than 6 items is very common. For instance, if you sell food, tea or coffee, then it is very likely that the costumer picks lots of the “small” products.

    It is my understanding that for cross-border shipping labels it is not possible to add more than 6 items in the business customer portal and also in the API, is this not the case?
