Dokan free version does not have the other product tab includes. I am a bit confused about the issue you are having. Will you please share the URL of your single product page so that I can check and be surer about the issue? I will look forward to your response.

In case you are referring to the more product option you will get the code on the mentioned file: /wp-content/plugins/dokan-lite/includes/wc-functions.php
The function is : dokan_get_more_products_from_seller
You can choose :posts_per_page

It seems to be the more product option. The translation is showing other products which caused confusion.
