(More…) link going to the wrong place

I just created a blog, and added a More Tag. When viewing my Blog everything is fine, except when I click on (More…) It takes me to an invalid URL:
I can access the (More…) site at:
Basically, the (More…) tag is adding an additional blog in the URL
My WordPress is installed as http://mydomain.com/blog
Any Help is greatly appreciated
