More… link

I am trying to hack the “Read more” link at the end of each post summary. Currently it would not only show the full post, but also start at the end of the summary. I want the link to show the whole page from the beginning. For example this is a sample link to the post generated by the “more” link: http://blog.fwnetwork.com/2006/09/07/freeware-vs-free-software/#more-5
I I am trying to get rid of the last part: #more-5, which will resolve this issue. Anybody can help me out here.

I found an if/else in wp-includes/template-functions-post.php (line 88), which I believe has to do with this issue, however I do not have enough knowledge in PHP to do it:
