Seems like I'm seeing this a lot on here. We've only been running a blog for a month or so. We had everything up on WordPress.com then went self-hosted shortly afterwards. Until yesterday, Jetpack was showing all of our stats and followers, but after disconnecting then reconnecting, all disappeared.

We can still see the old stats here:

but can no longer see them in our dashboard at

Can these stats and followers be synched back to the domain and if so, how do we go about it please?

With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.

That's what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, passion.philustration.com.

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

    Thank you.

Fantastic, that worked perfectly. Thank you so much!

One last related question - it's showing the stats from before the break, but none for today. Will that refresh itself by tomorrow?

Never mind, it's starting to update now. Thanks once again, it's very much appreciated!
