# More Issues – Curl

 * I am now having curl issues when trying to add a new product
 *     ```
       EBAT_SEVERITY_ERROR: (#80001) 
       curl_error 7 Failed to connect to ebay.wplab.com port 443: Connection refused
       ```
   
 * I have pressed the “test ebay connection”, which results with the following:
 *     ```
       Test Results
       Connection to ebay.wplab.com established via cURL
       Connection to api.ebay.com established via cURL
       Connection to eBay API established
       Connection to PayPal established
       Connection to WordPress.org established
       Connection to WP Lab update server established
       Everthing seems to be all right.
       ```
   
 * Also, when I go to the categories, all of my Ebay store categories are unknown????

 * Also, when I try to select a category under ebay category and ebay store category
   I get an empty blank pop up box

 * It appears that
    cURL error: Failed to connect to ebay.wplab.com port 443: Connection
   refused
 * my site cant connect to ebay.wplab.com?? or maybe not on port 443
