More Info link not showing in “info window on map”

    The More info window will only display in the store listings and NOT on the map no matter which option i choose!
    “Where do you want to show the “More info” details?”

    In the store listings – Displays in the store listing
    In the “info” window on the map – Displays in the store listing

    I need the More info link on the map, please advise how to fix?

    P.s. I have tried disabling all my plugins and it still does not work as it should so it is not a plugin conflict.

    Hi,

    I am glad to help, but I am visiting the URL you provided and I cannot reproduce the problem (see attached screenshot). I am trying with different browsers and the info window is always being displayed next to the markers in the map, and there are no JavaScript errors in the browser console that could indicate me that something is going wrong…

    Maybe you can post a screenshot with the issue?

    Hi,

    Sorry I was not clear. I meant the “More Info link”

    As you can see in your screenshot the More Info link is in the store listings but I want it to display on the map inside the info window.

    Here is an example of where I want the More Info link showing on the map and how it works: https://littlesuperstars.co.uk/under-5-dance-sessions/

    Hi again,

    Ok, now I understand, sorry.

    As you can read in the documentation, there is an article on how to create a filter that will allow you to modify the info window template used on the store locator map.

    You can do anything you want. As a matter of fact, the website you are referring to is doing precisely that, a custom template for the info window (see attachment of the source html of the page).
