More frequent updates

    This would be a really great add on if it was updated more frequently. It does not support the latest osTicket version and the website given is one big advertisement for a hosting company. It looks like the author has give up on this project.

    We have already confirmed we no longer continue development on this plugin.
    Due to the massive changes on each osticket update it’s just unable to substain or use in a business environment.

    Due to that we moved on to a different ticket system with a portal plugin for wordpress we have not released at this time.

    Regarding the website: Key4ce doesn’t provide any form of hosting, we only provide server related support.
