• Hi!

I posted this on the WordPress.SE site (http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/15908/user-new-php-less-detailed-after-wp3-1-how-to-revert), but didn’t get a really solid answer one way or another.

I help at a university radio station that uses WordPress’ Network Mode to create deliver content on subdomains (in addition to the main root domain), and one thing we’ve noticed since upgrading to 3.1 is that it is no longer possible to set a few items when adding users — specifically first name, last name and password. The last is the most irksome because site accounts are generally created by admins and being able to set passwords just seems to jive better with the station’s workflow.

Thus, my question is: might there be some way to re-add those fields to either the site or network Add New User pages?

    Thanks!
