    I am not a beginner in creating web sites, but I have been unsuccessful in creating the subscriber form AND OPT-IN confirmation form. I have spent countless hours and read over every single instruction provided by MailChimp and it is still not working. I am frustrated. DOnt know what I an doing wrong.
