 * I’m searching for plugins and almost every single time I find a plugin that I
   want to check out, I hit “More Details” and I get the following:
 * An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this
   server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support
   forums.
 * Why is this and how do I fix it?
