More Abandoned Cart Entries Than I Have Visitors?

    Hi,

    I’ve installed the Abandoned Cart Lite plugin for about 2 hours, in that time I have about 103 abandoned singular cart entries (no IP addresses), but checking my site log I have had only 8 visitors and most of the items are obscure old products I didn’t even know anyone was interested in, they are poorly featured on the site. Why are these singular events and not carts with multiple entries of items? Surely each event is not a unique cart?

    Looking at my site log, I can see about 40 page views in that 2 hours from 10 IP addresses, 30% of them are my ip address, but I only added two items and none where the obscure products I find in the Abandoned carts log, this makes no sense.

    How do I know that the software isn’t just adding items from the catalogue to fill the log and make it look like we’re missing lots of orders?

    Hi,

    Thank you for explaining your issue.

    If you are not using latest version of your theme then can you kindly check the issue by upgrading to the latest version?

    Can you please let me know WooCommerce Templates are updated in the active theme of your website? Outdated copy of WooCommerce templates in the theme may cause an issue.
