moodle account not created

Dear Support,

I have installed plugin both on word press and moodle as per your instruction.
E-Commerce part works fine. I do get emails about creation, enrollment and payment.
However when i click on the course it take me to the moodle course page where it ask me to login.Login fails since this same user is not added to moddle.
I dont understand where is the issue.
I hope you could help me to resolve this issue. Thanks!
