• We have been having connectivity issues with this plugin for months – across more than 20 sites on different hosting plans. Last bug took down several of our sites with a critical error. This is unacceptable for such a large organization. Do your own research before deploying this plugin at scale. It is unfortunately not reliable, and despite numerous conversations with customer support and sending log files, there is no solution to connectivity issues other than to “just reconnect it”.

    We accepted the constant disconnects. Now the plugin won’t reconnect at all. I have several sites that are disconnected. I go through the procedure to reconnect (please don’t insult my intelligence about the process – I’ve done over a hundred times), get the auth code, paste it back into the plugin, the screen flashes (it doesn’t even appear to be doing an update to the database), and nothing happens. It’s ridiculous we have to hold our breath every time this app gets updated. We have more issues with this plugin from a paid service, than all of our others combined. I would appreciate your help, please.
