 * I’ve just updated your plugin because I was (am) interested in months_dropdown.
 * I like it, but how do I change the format?
    “2014-11” is awful. I’d like to have“
   November” (in my language, so “Novembre”) or “11/2014” if Novembre is not possible.
   What do I have to do?
 * Also,
    can I put the option “View all months”, like for the categories?

 * At the moment there is no possibility to do that.
    I got a merge request from
   another user to include this feature which I have also planned for one of the
   next version. So I decided to include this version like it is now and I will 
   add additional options e.g. for date format selection in a later release.
 * In the next version (0.7.0) multi-language support will be added and after that
   I will include the missing options.
