• I’m getting a message that “MonsterInsights has detected that it’s[sic] files are being blocked.” I am running BulletProof Security Pro on this site, joanpechanec.com, which could be blocking it, but I cannot find the name of the .js files to whitelist. Can you help please?

  • Check your Security Log file for anything related to MI and post the Security Log entry so I can see what BPS is blocking. You can also do the BPS Pro Troubleshooting steps here to confirm or eliminate that BPS is blocking something in MI > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting

I have made progress on this site’s errors, thanks to an email from ait-pro.com support, but this issue with MI (and with Jetpack as well) still remain. I checked again just jnow for security log entries with anything indicating MI files being blocked and do not see anything at all. Part of the procedure support asked me to do was to delete the security log, and the new entries since only show a few attempts on wp-login.php and the ARQ procedures associated with a plugin update. Sorry I can’t be of more help here. That’s why I posted it in the MI forum, hoping they would tell me what specific files I should whitelist. I can also send login credentials to the ait-pro.com support rep who I’m communicating with via email so they can try to figure this out. Thanks so much!

    Hi there,
Generally this issue is not caused by something that would be logged in your security log, it’s generally a console error from another plugin or from a conflicting adblock plugin. If you log into your site in the incognito/private browsing mode, do you still have the issue?

If so can you reach out to us at monsterinsights.com/support via the pre-sale form?

    Thanks,
    Chris
