Money Trap!

    This plugin is straight-up a money trap. The so-called “upload limit” error in the free version is simpliy a lie.

    No matter how much you tweak the settings, it’ll keep telling you to increase the limit or buy the pro version just to upload your backup.

    You can easily create a backup for free, but they don’t warn you about the nightmare waiting for you when you try to restore it. The moment you attempt to restore, bam—fake upload limit notice.

    They’re banking on you being desperate enough to pay up because there’s no other way to get your backup back. Feels like a scam, wouldn’t recommend.

    I’d like to address the concerns raised here to provide clarity for others. All-in-One WP Migration does not impose any upload limits. The plugin simply reads and displays the server’s upload restrictions as set by the hosting provider. These limits can come from various sources, such as PHP settings, web server configurations, ModSecurity, web firewalls, or must-use plugins, all controlled by the hosting provider.

    During the import process, if an error occurs – like in this case – the plugin displays the corresponding error message along with a description to guide you in resolving it. Our goal is to help users work within their hosting environment and provide guidance where possible.

    If you prefer not to deal with server configurations or hosting provider adjustments, the Unlimited Extension is available as a convenient solution. However, the claim that the plugin “falsely” displays server limits is incorrect and misleading. We always strive to provide accurate information and a reliable tool.

    Well, here is some more clarity to others:
    The limit is properly defined in all possible sources (PHP settings, web server configurations, ModSecurity, web firewalls, or must-use plugins) and your plugin still prevents importing the file due to “server upload limits”.

    You can kill the free version if you are so in need of money instead of such shady business practices.
    Go and see how Updraft Plus delivers a promise like a pro and classy plugin.
