Money Format for Europe and South America

    Hi David,

    You added the money format to set a custom thousand separator witch is great! It would be even better if you also could add the possibility to set a custom decimal separator. Because in Europe (exception the UK) and South America the correct money format is: 10.000,00
    Or could you tell me how I could fix that in the code?
