    Hi Pronamic,

    I was wondering if there was a way to change the preset redirect URLs for the payment screen in Mollie?

    When payment goes wrong or is expired it immediately redirects back to the Mollie payment page. Is there a way to make these actions go back to the website and use the status pages given in gravity forms?

    Mollie support tells me these payment screen redirects are given in the API requests from the site.

    I hope you can help me with this, thanks in advance 🙂

    Is the payment method selected on the payment page of your site? I’m guessing that that is not the case and that you select the payment method in a screen from Mollie which lists all active payment methods for the Mollie account.

    Mollie redirects unsuccessful payments back to their own payment page with all active payment methods if no payment method was specified when the payment was started (that happens before you’re redirected from your site to the Mollie payment page). In the bottom left corner of the Mollie payment page is a link to actually cancel the payment and go back to your site (which uses the payment status pages). If the payment method is chosen on the payment page of your site, the redirects for unsuccessful payments will use the defined payment status pages instead of redirecting to the Mollie payment page.

    If you need further instructions on how to select the payment method on the payment page of your site, please let us know through which plugin you’re trying to accept payments (such as WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, etc.).
