Modularity Lite theme question ?

    Hi folks,I’m new to word press and css or style editing,in fact I’m a virgin lol >>>> site > http://www.music224.com/gig-reviews/
    My theme aligns every post titles to the left,which is really annoying. I so want it centered.Can anyone HELP me please.

    Idiots guide if possible.
