Hi @nathanielbbb,
Thanks for reaching out and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
Is it possible to send me the URL so I can take a look and investigate?
Warmly,
Mihaela
I have the exact same issue. There are strange gaps and some images are being cut off. When I zoom out on the web page they go away, and the galleries continue to look normal after zooming back in.
Hi @fallsz45,
I’m sorry to hear that!
Can you please send your website’s url so I can take a look?
Warmly,
Mihaela
Hi @mplusb
The page I’m having issues with is https://aaronsfalls.com/portfolio/photography/
Thank you for your help,
Aaron
Hi Aaron,
Thank you!
Can you please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ ?
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only Modula and see if the same issue happens with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Nineteen for example) and no other plugins.
Please let me know how it goes!
Warmly,
Mihaela
Hi Mihaela,
I installed that plugin and did some tests and found out that the problem was coming from the lazy load feature in my SG Optimizer plugin. I just disabled it and enabled lazy load in Modula Galleries and everything seems to work properly now.
Thank you so much!
Best,
Aaron
Happy to hear you found it, Aaron! Thanks for letting me know what caused it.
Warmly,
Mihaela
