 * I’ve been searching for hours and can’t find a solid answer for this, so hopefully
   someone can help.
 * Is there a way I can modify the HTML Markup of each TAG in WordPress’s built-
   in tag cloud from the functions.php page? I really don’t want to modify anything
   past that. I know how to modify all the rest of the arguments: number of tags,
   size smallest, custom taxonomies, etc.
 * I just want a custom foreach loop fo rthat when each tag is generated, instead
   of just the anchor, I have the anchor wrapped in another container: a div or
   span, or whatever I choose.
 * The CSS styling I am trying to make work, simply won’t work on just a single
   anchor.
 * Thanks in advance
