 * Hello, im new to wordpress so sorry if the q will sound stupid!
 * if i decide to use an already made theme, how can i modify this? what can be 
   modified? for example, cn i change the header picture, remove the writing, change
   the background picture/colour…and above all: where do i need to go to do all 
   this?

 * The [k2](http://www.getk2.com) theme is a good place to start as they having 
   a nice menu where you can edit most of these options you’re talking about.

 * You can edit pretty much any aspect of a theme, You edit the theme by changing
   the files that make up your theme. These are located in yoursite.com/wp-content/
   themes/_your active theme_
