# modifying “recent comments” plugin

 * Hi there,
 * I’ve added a [recent-comments plugin](http://blog.jodies.de/archiv/2004/11/13/recent-comments/)
   to [my blog](http://www.masaladose.com/), and it seems to work nicely, but I’m
   wondering why there’s no padding on the right side–the text runs all the way 
   to the border. Also, where exactly would I add code to change the color of the
   text? Thanks for any tips…

 * Sorry about that.
 * The solution was embarrassingly simple, actually–I just looked at the code in
   my sidebar template to see what kind of tags the Recent Comments feature uses,
   and then I went into the stylesheet and modified the properties for those tags.
