Modifying CSS

    I am having a problem regarding CSS modification. Changes I made in style.css won’t take effect immediately. I had to delete the css file and re-upload it again using the file manager before the changes occur. What might cause this problem?

    do you clear the browser cache to view the changes?
    for instance by pressing ‘ctrl f5’ or the ‘reload’ button?

    have you any other cache running?

    yes, I always clear the private data. I still have to refresh the page all over again, sometimes, it would work. If it doesn’t I re-upload the css file. I really am having a hard time editing my theme because of this :'(
