# Modifying Contact Form

 * How do I modify the contact form? I want to add a text field and possible change
   some of the verbiage.

 * Hi manosdp,
 * Because the form is responsive over many different screen sizes and layout configurations,
   adding new fields to the form could be quite tricky. So, I wouldn’t recommend
   adding a text field. Just so I’m clear, you are talking about adding more than
   the two text fields you can enable in the settings correct?
 * To change verbage, unless there is an entry in the plugin settings to do so, 
   you’d currently need to edit the plugin files. Obviously, this is not ideal, 
   as your changes would get wiped every time I updated the plugin. I do plan to
   add label configuration and multilingual support at some stage.
