 * Hi
 * I’ve built a website using the Autos theme from Frog Themes: [http://www.findaporsche.com/](http://www.findaporsche.com/)

   I’m generally very happy with it (although it’s still a work in progress). However,
   I would like to be able to customize the theme a bit. In particular:
 * 1, I’d like to lose the default search box on the left-hand side of the homepage(
   I don’t need this) and replace it with some friendly intro text.
 * 2, I’d like to be able to make the slides on the homepage clickable so they link
   to the relevant page.
 * How easy would this be to do for someone with little experience of web design(
   i.e. me!).
 * Cheers
 * Phi

 * Nice looking site.
 * As that’s a commercial theme, and we don’t support those here, please head over
   to the vendor’s site and post the question there.

 * Thanks for the reply. I didn’t realize you couldn’t help with commercial sites.
 * I have contacted Frog and was told to edit the HTML in the sidebar. Useful to
   an extent but I’m not sure what to put in its place.
 * Cheers

 * Sometimes we can, but the majority of the time we just do not have access to
   those themes.
 * General advice we do provide but you’ve got a complex looking theme. I don’t
   think generic advice will work for you.
 * Also, while I do not know if that vendor is GPL or not, we _want_ GPL theme providers
   to be successful and make a living. Part of their business model is providing
   support which you paid for and we do not want to undermine them.

 * Thanks, that’s understandable.
