There is no reason that text shouldn’t be translated 🙂
As regards the other question I’m afraid I didn’t understand it.

The language of my site is in Italian
In the Configuration/Lenguages section I find myself English and Italian, I clicked on both but I don’t find codes or texts, do I have to do some configuration?
I remember 8 years ago I used it on a site in Joomla and had been very simple and quick in the configuration, instead on WordPress I find it more complex in the configuration, I hope it is simple in its use ..
I also translated 124 lines in Italian, then as soon as I can I try to make other translations so as to have the plugin even in Italian

We’ve found the reason 🙂

The string isn’t translated in Italian (yes, in WordPress you need to have it translated so it shows in the right language 🙂)
Please translate it then make sure it is approved (you maybe need to ask WordPress Italian official translators as we can’t do it on our end).
Once done, I guess it will be working 🙂
