Modify page [vp_edd_membership_form]

Hi,

I would make the following changes in the registration code generated by the shortcut [vp_edd_membership_form] form:

value=”Log In” par value=”Connexion”
value=”Register” par value=”Enregistrer”

And add a title <h1>Inscrivez vous</h1>

But I can not find the file with the html form code in ESD or ESD FD. Where is it located?
