[Resolved] Modify or Change Title Tag in Custom template based on query passed

  • Hello All,

I have created my own template and I applied the same to one page lets call it is http://somewpsite.com/custom-search/

In this page the title tag shows as <title>Custom Search</title>

so now if I searched something using the custom search form displayed in the above page – lets says the page renders as http://somewpsite.com/custom-search/?searched=technology

So now I want to change the title tag of the page to <title>Technology – Custom Search</title>

Just appending the searched item in the title tag…..

Can anybody guide me how to do that?

    Thanks in advance…..

  • Any one can help me in this regards pls?

    ok – np

I solved the problem – the main problem is SEO Plugin is already hacking or over writing the existing meta tags like title, description and keywords….. I just disabled that plugin and made small changes in the header.php and everything went out well…..

    Thanks a lot dudes 🙂
    Finally done.
