    What’s the best way to modify the markup of the generated form?
    Specifically I need to populate placeholder and add required attribute.

    Using labels as placeholders is a built-in feature.

    If you want to add that per field (different from the label) you’d need to use the salesforce_w2l_form_html filter.

    Adding a required attribute can be accomplished via the same filter as above.

    I’ll make a note to add these to the UI/form output in a future version.
