Modify appointment cells when fully booked.

We are looking to customise the plugin slightly…

When an appointment becomes fully booked, we want to style the relevant calendar cell rather than it being removed from the page, as happens automatically by default. Ideally we want to have it faded out and un-clickable, rather than being removed altogether.

We are looking to either find and modify the function that removes the fully booked appointment from the page, or find some other way of preventing it from being removed and apply styling ourselves.
