# Modify a course

 * Hello,
 * I’ve created courses, and when I try to modify it, everything is blanked (title,
   description, picture etc…). I refresh the page, I can do that 10 times or more,
   it keeps being blanked, it’s like I’m creating a new course (and I’m not). And
   sometimes, when I refresh, all of a sudden, the course appears.
 * What can I do to find a solution for that ?

 * Thank you for reaching out. The issue appears to be site-specific, so we recommend
   checking for a possible plugin or theme conflict.
 * Please follow these steps:
    1. Create a full backup of your website first.
    2. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Tutor LMS and Tutor LMS Pro.
    3. Check whether the issue persists when editing the course.
    4. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one and test after each
       activation to identify the conflicting plugin.
    5. If the issue still occurs, temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme such
       as Twenty Twenty-Five and test again.
 * Please let us know the result of the conflict test so we can investigate further.
