Hey,

For weeks on end my Wordfence says: There is a Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/cart/cart.php

Please see this screenshot:

Did you changed this file? Or am i hacked?
Because it’s keeps changing back to this modified file.
Could you tell me why this is happening?

Can you please share which version of WooCommerce you are running on your site?

FYI – You can view all previous WooCommerce releases here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/releases

If the file keeps reverting, I might be a bit suspicious, yes. But it could also be that an update changed the file.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I am getting loads of Woocommerce file changes on Wordfence over the last few days. From dozens of websites. The cart.php file among several others from Woocommerce.

The “differences” in files, seem to be a simple tag “esc_html” – but not sure what that is.

These were changed to the current correct code, in the commit here:
