    Wordfence is showing the following notification:

    Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/secondary-title/composer.json

    Can I ignore it? or I should repair it?

    You can safely ignore it. composer.json is a file for PHP Composer that – if a server command is run – downloads a lot of stuff and its dependencies.

    I left it in there because some sites require reading the current version of the plugin. You can also safely delete it. Anyway, it’s not a security risk at all, and I’m surprised WordFence recognizes it as such.
