 * I got today an alert from Wordfence stating:
    Modified plugin file: wp-content/
   plugins/wp-accessibility-helper/admin/pages/wah-admin.php Is it something that
   you’re aware of? Thank you

    I suggest you reinstall plugin…and scan
   your server for security issues….
