Modern Interface – Old Fashioned Customer Service
We’ve been very happy with MemberFindMe. After searching for over a year we finally decided to move our website and membership management to MemberFindMe. Overall our staff and members have reacted positively to our new website.
+easy to use
+very little training needed
+everything is integrated
+great customer service
+they keep adding new features
-although both of our staff members can be logged in at the same time there is only 1 administrative login
-sends an email notice for every event ticket sold, would prefer a daily digest
-member password request emails sometimes end up in the member’s spam folder
