Moderator per category

    Hi there,

    we have different moderators who are responsible for individual categories. They should also only receive notifications for new posts for their assigned category. Can this be set somewhere or do we need another plugin for this? Additionally we need another user group which has the same rights as the subscriber. Is there a solution for this, which you offer?

    Hi @tenserd,
    We just updated the plugin and from now the best answer will show at the top.

    to get the ‘Moderator per category’ feature download the plugin from the link then upload and activate it as a WordPress plugin.

    Customization: in the plugin folder, there is a subfolder called templates, and there is a file called qa-hook.php just open the file in a code editor. Now update the category slug name and category/moderator ID by your category name and moderator ID.

    you can find your category/moderator ID by editing the category and then looking for the ID in the URL.
