 * Is there a plugin (or another way) that will make all the comments go under moderation
   for a single post?

 * Before asking for plugins it is always beneficial to study the admin panel of
   the tool we are using 🙂

 * Yeah… I know that and I’m using that feature of wordpress. You see, I have this
   very sensitive post and I want all of the comments to go under moderation for
   that post only.

 * Unfortunately it doesn’t work differently for just certain single posts. It is
   all or nothing. Sorry that I misread the OP.

 * You could temporarily change the moderation settings for the whole blog. And 
   then just switch it back after the heat has died down. That’s what a lot of people
   do.
