Is it possible to create a moderation of posts in WP?
I found only moderation of comments.

In a default WP install, anyone can make comments, but only you can post.
Moderation of comments is therefore important.
As the WP owner, you can edit the posts that other users (users that you have allowed to post) make.
If you are not happy with that ability, and you still feel the need to be able to moderate, then may I suggest that you don’t create any users about which you will have any worries ?

I agree with podz. But… you raise an interesting point. There may be a growing need for “enterprise-level” functionality. You might want to ask others at WP if what you have in mind has been brought forward by webmasternews. It’s a huge blogsite, and if anyone is going to need to moderate posts, it would be them.
But for most users… yup, I agree with podz. Just ask your users to notify you as they make their posts. 😉
Or, have someone tweak the code. It would be easy to insert a “superadmin” email notification on the publish routine. You might want to refer to WP’s guidelines to contributing hacks, if this is the route you go.

I agree with the original poster. I can think of situations where I’d like registered users of some level to be able to post, but require a user of a higher level to approve the post before it became visible on the site. I imagine that this is the way Slashdot works. My organisation would like to have subject area experts submit posts, but have a “blog editor” approve the post before it becomes live.
Are there any third-party plug-ins that function this way?
    Thanks for your thoughts.
