# Moderation Feature Not Working

 * Hi,
 * I have set up the plugin for moderation of new users.
 * Unfortunately no email is received on the admin side for moderation and the user
   receives the normal “Welcome” email only.
 * How can I fix this?

 * Is WooCommerce being used for registration? If so, you’re going to be using WC’s
   emails, not WP-Members, in which case you won’t get an admin notification. Also,
   WooCommerce automatically logs a user in upon registration.
 * In a basic setup with WooCommerce where you want to moderate registration, it
   is probably better to not allow registration through WooCommerce and instead 
   use WP-Members registration form, and require a user be a registered user and
   logged in to checkout through WooCommerce.
