    Can uploaded files be moderated? That is to say, that they are not published automatically, but that an administrator has to approve it for publication beforehand.

    Hi,

    When you add the shortcode [shared_files file_upload=1 only_uploaded_files=1] on any page, you can collect files from there and manually publish them from WP admin / Shared Files / File Management (those files will have the checkbox ‘Hide from other pages’ checked).

    In addition to that, it is also needed to uncheck the ‘Uncheck “Hide from other pages” for uploaded files’ from plugin settings, File upload tab.

    Hi, Anssi, thank you very much.
    By the way, Anssi, can the system send an email to the administrator when someone uploads a file? I don´t see this option in email tab.

    As you told me for email, this is an option for preimum version. I’ll leave it here in case anyone else has this question.
