Models not loading

Hi there,
Been using the plugin for a year or so and it’s been working great. I just noticed today though that the sketchfab plugin seems to have stopped working. The model loads very briefly, then gets replaced with the following message:
It looks like your browser or this site is blocking some scripts or cookies necessary to properly display the viewer.

https://help.sketchfab.This seems to be the same on any browser that I use (osx). Any assistance on this?

Me again – Also, I have tried adding the following to my functions.php (as per the help.sketchfab site) but it hasn’t helped.
wp_oembed_add_provider( ‘#https?://sketchfab\.com/.*#i’, ‘https://www.sketchfab.com/oembed’, true );
