Modals showing even if Modal Display to Display = None | WordPress.org

So i got this problem, i can assign Modals to certain pages correctly, but when i want to leave any pages without Modals it just shows one of the others, even if the Modal Display to Display is set to None.

Are you still using Modal Dialog? I want to see if this issue is still relevant before investigating it.
