Modal Window Custom Size not working?

    When I create a new Modal I set the Custom Height and Custom Width to be much larger than the defaults.

    However these seem to be ignored and the modal window is opening too small.

    I set the height to 1024 and width to 519 – same dimensions as the image actually is.
