Hi @nikkidale,
Thanks for using our plugin and for reaching out!
Seems like a JS conflict. Could you please try to temporarily deactivate all other plugins and test this again?
If it works, you can then re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the issue or the conflicting plugin.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks for your reply… unfortunately it didn’t work. I deactivated all of the plugins except this one and it still didn’t work.
Hi @nikkidale,
I’ve just tried the plugin again on a fresh WP install with the default theme and I can confirm it is working perfectly.
You might have a plugin or a theme that is conflicting with the modal’s JS code.
Please try to disable any type of JS minification or caching, then clear your browser’s cache and check again.
I’d also recommend that you contact your theme developer, or at least ensure you’re using the latest version.
I’ve tried all of those things and nothing works 🙁
When I check your site, I see a JS error in the console that originates from the Divi theme. I would recommend to contact them about it.
I’m quite certain that if you switch to another theme it’ll work, it’s just that there is an error with the theme that is breaking other parts of the website.
As said before, I’ve just tested the plugin with WordPress 5.6 on multiple other themes and it worked perfectly.
