How do I get the modal to just be injected on a single page? If I set it to site wide it's fine but if I don't hen nothing is added to the code. Am I missing something simple. This is the page in question... link to open modal at the top above the form, this is the paid version.

    cheers Jake

The issue is not related to pro vs free so ill answer here. Please direct future support requests for paid version to direct email or the support section of the website.

To enable a modal on one page only you can use the shortcode or just below the content editor there is an Easy Modal Settings panel where you can select ( any modal not set to sitewide appears in this list ) the modals you want. This will cause them to get loaded in the footer.
