Modal not opening in home page

I have read the Getting Started Guide already.

I have two modals on the site.
They are working fine on other pages but not the home page.

1. http://www.select10.com
2. Click on either of the two buttons to open modals:
– Schedule Appointment (in the header)
– Schesule an Appointment Today! (in the left mid section of the home page)
The modals should open.

3. None of the modals open.

4. If you navigate to another page with the two modals (http://select10.com/modaltest/) both modals open

Both modals are set to Sitewide. I tried setting up the mid section one to per page, checked in the home page to be loaded and it did not do anything either.
