 * I’m looking for a solution to open posts in a modal window.
 * I tried [wppostpopup](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-post-modal/) but it causes
   compatibility issues with other plugins.
 * Do you know a solution?

 * You would get better replies if you shared your URL, bc the implementation may
   change depending on your theme and existing plugins already installed.
 * The generic answer is that there are loads of modal plugins or code available
   for you to choose from – you’ll have to test and see which one fits best :
