Mod_rewrite caching supported?

    Hello, is it possible to set up WPFC to do mod_rewrite caching instead of serving the pages via PHP? There is a lot more overhead to serving a cached page via PHP than there is simply serving the static copy of the cached page via mod_rewrite. How can i enable it with this plugin?
